For marquee events add £50.00 as we will need to supply a larger (marquee) pa system.

Where guest numbers exceed 150 add £50.00 as we will need to supply a larger pa system.

For a black fabric DJ booth add £25.00.

For a black fabric starcloth DJ booth add £35.00.

For a double lighting rig add £75.00.

For the 'Nightclub' lighting rig add £150.00.

Please note that there is a fixed £50.00 fee for events where the set up time is before 16:00hrs.

Please note also that a travel charge will be levied on events located in excess of 25 miles from our office in Epsom, Surrey, and a fixed fee of £25.00 will be charged for events held inside London's Congestion Charging Zone.
